Marc J. Gold is a Mediator certified by the Florida Supreme Court in Family Circuit Civil and County Court.  He has conducted hundreds of Mediations and has been certified since 1995. He mediates any issue needing resolution.

 

Mr. Gold receives appointments to Mediate and Arbitrate cases from the Broward County Circuit and County Court.  Also, he has been a leader in Mediating pro se cases (those individuals who are not represented by attorneys).

 

Mr. Gold's focus has been to settle all issues in a divorce including custody disputes, property division, child support, alimony, etc. in a fair and impartial manner at the least possible cost.  His goal is for all parties to leave mediation on a positive note.
